Game status traffic light system
We use a simple traffic light system to help families quickly understand game status on the day.
Green — Scheduled
Games are going ahead as planned.
Amber — Pending weather review
Weather or court conditions are being monitored. A decision time will be shown where possible.
Red — Cancelled
Games have been cancelled due to weather or court conditions.
Decision timeline
- • If games are cancelled the night before, we will communicate that as soon as possible.
- • If games are not cancelled the night before, the next key update time is 7:00am on Saturday.
- • Further updates may follow if conditions change.
Cancellation timing
- • Night before if an early decision is made.
- • Otherwise from 7:00am Saturday.
- • Further updates if conditions change during the morning.

- • Flooding or water on courts
- • Extreme heat warnings
- • Strong winds affecting safety
